Manchester City duo Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne have reunited in training, in what will be a sight that sparks fears into their Premier League rivals.
The midfielder returned to Man City duty this week following Belgium’s World Cup exit after they finished behind beaten semi-finalists Croatia and Morocco in the group stage.
While a big worry for Man City’s rivals is that Haaland will be fresh and raring to go, as he was able to get a break with Norway not qualifying for the tournament in Qatar.

The pair struck up a fierce partnership in the opening months to the Premier League season.
Haaland has made a blistering start to life in England followed his summer move from Borussia Dortmund, scoring 18 league in just 14 games.
De Bruyne meanwhile leads the league’s assist charts with nine to his name so far this season, with five of those setting up the Norwegian striker.

Haaland has had more time to recover after Norway failed to qualify for the World Cup
Despite this, Man City have got some work to do to get themselves back to the top of the table.
After their shock 2-1 defeat to Brentford before the World Cup break, they sit five points off league leaders Arsenal.
City have an intense return to action following this Sunday’s final in Qatar between France and Argentina.
De Bruyne and Haaland have some work to do with Man City five points behind Arsenal
Pep Guardiola’s side face Liverpool in the Carabao Cup next Thursday, before facing Leeds and Everton before 2023 is brought in.
City’s Spanish manager will be keen to get his five England stars back after their exit at the quarter-final stage.
Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Kalvin Phillips, Kyle Walker and John Stones are still away from training.
The only City player still in the competition is Argentinian striker Julian Alvarez who has netted four times out in Qatar.
