Man City fans aim savage chant at Jurgen Klopp after Liverpool went 4-1 down
Jurgen Klopp was brutally savaged by Man City fans after Liverpool went 4-1 down at the Etihad.
With the scores at 3-1, Jack Grealish capped a memorable performance and added another City goal in the 74th minute. The England international sparked the move and then finished it off when he latched onto Kevin De Bruyne's pass to bolt pass a limp Trent Alexander-Arnold to rumble the Reds' net.
As the ball crossed the line, City fans rubbed salt into Klopp's wounds by chanting: "You're getting sacked in the morning," at the Etihad. And it was a sentiment shared by Liverpool fans on social media who demanded that the German gets sacked after the club's latest implosion on the pitch.

One fan raged: "Sack Klopp I don’t even care at this point. This is becoming a regular occurrence and not even 5 signings can fix this." Then another fumed: "Liverpool have to sack Klopp he’s done with this team."
A third user added: "Sack Klopp now!! Don't be fooled by his smiles , he is done!!!". And a fourth supporter suggested that the Reds should replace him with German counterpart Julian Nagelsmann who was given the boot by Bayern Munich last week.

The fan mused: "Watch Liverpool sack Klopp and hire Naglesmann." To make matters worse for Klopp, he had to watch while City boss Pep Guardiola ruthlessly celebrated his side's win in front of the Reds' beleaguered substitutes.
It's been a tough season for Klopp and Liverpool whose hopes of clinching a Champions League spot are rapidly diminishing. Prior to their loss to City, the Reds lost 1-0 to Bournemouth, and were sent crashing out of Europe's elite competition by Real Madrid.
They now sit in sixth spot in the Prem, five points behind Newcastle who occupy fifth, and seven adrift of Tottenham in fourth. And based off their current form, the Reds may need a miracle to attain victory against Chelsea and Arsenal who they face consecutively in the Prem across the next few weeks.
