Liverpool fans think it’s ‘clear as day’ Salah wants out after Klopp comments
Mohamed Salah issued a cold response when recently asked about the nature of his relationship with Jurgen Klopp – sparking fears amongst Liverpool fans that he wants out of the club.
Salah has developed into one of the best players in world football at Anfield, scoring an incredible 119 goals in 192 Reds appearances since joining from Roma in 2017.
The Egyptian’s breathtaking form in front of goal has helped Klopp’s side win the Premier League and Champions League in recent seasons, yet their defence of the former has been disastrous this term.
Six straight home defeats have already ended Liverpool’s bid to retain the title in 2020/21, while also leaving them with a battle to secure Champions League qualification down in seventh.
And to add to their woes, reports have surfaced throughout the campaign suggesting Salah could call time on his four-year stay at Anfield when the summer transfer window opens.
He has been regularly linked with a move away from Merseyside this season, with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona reportedly eyeing up a potential deal.
During an interview with Marca, Salah was asked about the possibility of playing in Spain in the future and refused to rule it out, saying: “Maybe one day.”
However, Liverpool fans are most concerned by the 28-year-old’s response to a question about Klopp, which drew a fairly frosty answer from him.

When quizzed on his relationship with the German, Salah replied: “It's a normal relationship between two professionals. That's how I'd describe it.”
The Liverpool faithful are now convinced that their star man wants to leave this summer, with one writing on Twitter: “Clear as day Salah wants out”.
Another put: “I feel Salah is gonna leave anytime soon, wherever he goes, I wish him all the best.”
While a third Reds fan simply posted: “He gone”.
Salah and Liverpool are set to make a trip to Spain together next week for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final showdown with Real Madrid.
