Lionesses star strips to underwear for photo shoot ahead of Women’s World Cup

England hero Chloe Kelly has stripped down to her underwear for a Calvin Klein campaign ahead of the Women's World Cup.

The snaps, taken by photographer Brianna Capozz, aim to celebrate athleticism, strength and vulnerability with United States international Alex Morgan sharing pics from her own shoot on social media.

Kelly, 25, found worldwide fame after scoring the winning goal for England off the bench in the final of Euro 2022, with her subsequent sports bra celebration equally as iconic.

Ahead of the World Cup across Australia and New Zealand, which runs from July 20 until August 20, Kelly has fronted the 'Calvins or nothing' campaign to the delight of her followers.

One photo includes the Manchester City striker posing in Calvin bottoms and a denim jacket, with another showing her topless with her back to the camera.

Morgan's snaps included underwear shots in the black and white style, as well as posing in a black bra and double denim.

A video posted alongside the campaign is entitled 'icons seen naturally' with the aim of putting a 'new lens on some of the world’s greatest athletes'.

Kelly wrote in the comments section of her Insta snap with a handshake emoji: "CK – CK."

One of those to respond was UFC star Meatball Molly McCann, who said: "Well done Chlo. Taking it to another level."

A fan then posted: "STOP!!!! This is AMAZING." A third said: "Beautiful, stylish and sexy!" A fourth agreed: "The champ looking mega."

England go into the World Cup among the favourites after back-to-back semi-finals at the tournament as well as their Wembley glory last year.

Sarina Wiegman's side, who have won 25 matches and lost only once since her 2021 arrival for a win rate of 80%, have been drawn in Group D.

The Lionesses will take on Haiti, Denmark and China, with the United States in Group E alongside Vietnam, Portugal and the Netherlands.
