Kane’s interview drowned out by boos of furious England fans after Scotland draw
Harry Kane's post-match interview following the goalless draw against Scotland was drowned out by angry England fans.
The Three Lions struggled throughout at Wembley, creating just a handful of chances throughout the 90 minutes.
Kane was barely noticed and saw his evening end with more than 15 minutes of the match remaining as Gareth Southgate replaced the Tottenham striker.
Though the captain fronted up at the end of the match, interviewed by ITV following the 0-0 draw.
Fans could barely hear Kane though as supporters at Wembley voiced their frustrations, loudly booing.
Just over 20,000 fans were allowed at the ground amid the ongoing coronavirus restrictions, but they certainly made their voices heard.
Though Kane is eager to put things right as England finish their Group D campaign against Czech Republic on Tuesday.
Speaking to ITV, he said: “A draw was probably a fair result. To be fair to Scotland, they defended really well, created a few chances themselves.
"It wasn’t our best performance. We need to dust ourselves down, recover well and look forward to another game in a few days.

“Look, it [being subbed off] is part of the game, the manager makes the decisions on what’s best for the team.
"If he thinks that’s the best decision, then you have to take it. It is what it is.
“Scotland made blocks at the right times, we did have chances, but that’s football. No game is going to be easy.”
