Juventus brutally troll Man Utd on TikTok soon after embarrassing Sevilla defeat
Manchester United's Europa League exit sent shockwaves throughout the continent on Thursday, and it didn't take long for the news to reach Lisbon.
It was there Juventus drew against Sporting CP to win 2-1 on aggregate and advance to the competition's semi-finals. United, meanwhile, struggled to hold back the tide against Sevilla and fell 3-0 in Spain to lose their quarter-final clash 5-2 over both legs.
Erik ten Hag's side would have come up against the titans of Turin in the last four had they managed to advance. However, error-strewn performances from Harry Maguire and goalkeeper David de Gea in particular contributed to a calamitous exit.

But Juve's social media team must have anticipated United's unfortunate fate was on the cards after responding to the results with lightning speed. Using a clip from 2010 comedy 'Four Lions', the Bianconeri attached the badges of semi-finalists Juventus, Sevilla and Bayer Leverkusen to those characters singing along merrily to Toploader's 'Dancing In The Moonlight'.
United, meanwhile, are represented as the one passenger struggling to get in the swing of things, sporting a mix of shame and jealousy across their face. The post led to a mix of replies in the comments section, with some getting in on the laughs while others argued Juve's sights should be set higher.

"Did them dirty," answered one spectator on TikTok, where the edit was posted. "What a day for Juve, won their quarter and got 15 points," said another, referencing the club's 15-point Serie A penalty from January being overturned (pending an appeal from authorities).
Others were quick to suggest the Italians may struggle to advance any further in the Europa League as a doubter wrote: "1-1 against Sporting…" Another commented: "This ain't a flex, Juve should be in the Champions League."
The only club missing from Juve's post was Jose Mourinho's Roma, who overcame Feyenoord over two legs to also reach the Europa League's last four. They'll face Bayer Leverkusen in the penultimate round of the competition, while Massimiliano Allegri's men hope to prevent Sevilla winning the competition for the fifth time in nine years.
It's back to the drawing board for United, meanwhile, who can still win a domestic double if they manage to add the FA Cup to their Carabao Cup title. Ten Hag's side sit third in the Premier League for the time being, though a place in next season's Champions League is still far from assured.
