Juventus are considering a summer swoop for Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes as they look to replace Chelsea target Matthjis de Ligt.
The Brazilian centre-back was a key feature for Mikel Arteta’s side last season, making 35 league appearances, and has drawn serious attention from the Serie A giants.
With Giorgio Chiellini’s departure to Los Angeles FC and Matthjis de Ligt being highly sought after in the market, the Old Lady are already lining up the Arsenal man as a potential replacement.

According to calciomercato, the Gunners would demand at least €50million (£43million) for the central defender who is considered a important player at the club.
With William Saliba returning from his loan at Marseille and the potential incoming of Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez, the north London side may be open to negotiations for Gabriel.
The 24-year-old has been identified by Massimiliano Allegri’s side as an appropriate replacement for Matthjis de Ligt – with Chelsea already submitting a bid of €40m (£34.4m) including Timo Werner for the Dutch international.
Though the approach was rejected, de Ligt remains keen on a move to west London and is hoping his club will accept a bid lower than the £102m release clause in his contract.

Though he wasn’t targeted as a replacement for Gabriel, the Gunners have been in pursuit of Ajax centre-back Lisandro Martinez – having submitted a bid earlier in the week.
Arteta’s side are ready to raise their current £38million offer for Martinez as they compete with Manchester United to sign the Argentinian defender.
United bid £38million on Friday with more money guaranteed up front, while they also offer the chance to link up again with Erik ten Hag, who had a strong rapport with Martinez during his time in Amsterdam.
