England sensation Jude Bellingham is reportedly convinced that he’s ‘Liverpool bound’ and could join as early as January. The teenager has established himself as one of the best young talents in world football since leaving Birmingham for Borussia Dortmund in 2020.
Dortmund showed immediate faith in Bellingham by throwing him into the starting line-up straight away at the tender age of 17.
He went on to break numerous records in his debut campaign and also played a part in England’s run to the Euro 2020 final.
His performances for the Three Lions led to further speculation of his future at Dortmund with Liverpool being touted as potential suitors.
The Reds were apparently in need of a midfielder this past summer after Georginio Wijnaldum left for free.

But they opted against signing a replacement with Jurgen Klopp indicating he was happy with his current options.
The decision has paid off so far with Liverpool in the mix at the top of the table, but injuries are already starting to take a toll on Klopp’s squad.
Naby Keita, Fabinho, James Milner, Thiago Alcantara and Harvey Elliott have all suffered injuries in the early stages of the season, leaving Klopp short of options to rotate his squad.
Bellingham’s progress this season has once more alerted teams all over Europe on potentially making a move next year.
DON’T MISS
But it appears as though Liverpool have already won the race for the 18-year-old’s signature.
That is according to former Middlesbrough midfielder Craig Hignett, who claims to have inside knowledge on Bellingham’s next move.
It is said the midfielder joining Liverpool is “almost a cert” and it could happen as early as January.
“I think I’ve heard it on good authority and I can’t say where I’ve heard it from, but apparently he has been saying that he is Liverpool bound,” Hignett told BBC Radio Merseyside.
“Whether that is January or whether that is the end of the season isn’t sure yet, but I think, I have it on good authority that it is almost a cert.”
Bellingham still has three years left on his contract with Dortmund and the German club appear under no pressure to sell.
But they’ve not stood in the way of players wanting to leave in the past with Jadon Sancho returning to England this past summer with Manchester United but only after Dortmund refused to sell for below their asking price the year before.
