Jose Mourinho told he’s doing a ‘worse job’ at Roma than he was at Tottenham
Jose Mourinho is enduring a mixed first season at Roma as his side currently sit in eighth, 15 points behind Serie A leaders AC Milan.
The former Tottenham boss was sacked towards the end of last season, just days before their Carabao Cup final clash with Manchester City, which they went on to lose 1-0.
Mourinho was brought in by Tottenham to end their 14-year wait for a trophy, but after a bright start, 'The Special One' tasted a rather unsavoury end to his spell in north London.
Despite the manner at which he departed Tottenham, Mourinho has been told that he is doing a worse job at Roma than he was at Spurs.
Mourinho was just days away from potentially delivering the trophy that he had promised before being sacked by Tottenham, but the Portuguese boss returned to Italy this summer where he previously enjoyed success with Inter Milan.
But Mourinho's side are on a poor run of form, and were recently knocked out of the Coppa Italia by his former side Inter, which has led former Roma star Antonio Cassano to slam the Portuguese boss.
Cassano told TuttoMercatoWeb: "Roma are a disaster. He has been doing terribly since that 6-1 defeat [to Bodo/Glimt].

"Mourinho is doing worse than Tottenham, even from the media view, where he was always number one. I am not liking anything."
The Serie A title may be slightly optimistic for Roma this season, even by Mourinho's standards, but they are still six points off Juventus who currently occupy the final Champions League spot.
The pressure is on for Mourinho as he spent big in the summer, splashing £100million on seven new signings, including former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham.
