John Terry has said results are ‘clearly’ not good enough at Chelsea under manager Graham Potter.
The former Brighton boss was appointed on a five-year deal in September to replace the sacked Thomas Tuchel.
But Potter’s Blues have only won one of their last eight games in all competitions despite splashing out a whopping £323million in the January transfer market.
And when asked if he got Potter the job, Chelsea youth coach and club icon Terry denied it on his Instagram story.
He posted: ‘Absolutely not. I tweeted that I loved watching Brighton play and his style of play.

‘I have nothing to do with the first team. I’m work(ing) with the (Under) 18s and 21s and love my role.
‘Clearly results are not good enough and we need to get a settled team.’
Chelsea could only draw 1-1 against struggling London rivals West Ham on Saturday.
Joao Felix gave the visitors the lead, before former Blues left back Emerson Palmieri equalised.
After the game, Potter said: ‘You have to earn your luck. We can’t complain or wait for luck to turn for us. We have to keep working.’
Chelsea’s fans cheered when Marc Cucurella was substituted off in the second half and the 47-year-old added: ‘Supporters are entitled to their opinion.
‘He hasn’t become a bad player. But good players can go through bad times and we need to stick with him and stick together and try to help him.’
The Blues, who now lie ninth in the Premier League table, 10 points off the Champions League places, face Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Wednesday.
