Jadon Sancho is reportedly set for showdown talks with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag on Monday.
This comes in the wake of his social media outburst after Ten Hag told reporters that Sancho didn’t warrant a place in his side to face Arsenal due to his level of performances in training.
A disgruntled Sancho quickly aired his frustration online where he insisted he was being made a ‘scapegoat’ for difficulties at United.
It has now been reported by The Telegraph that the winger is set for showdown talks with the club on Monday.
The report states that the pair are due to speak face-to-face for the first time since the outburst, and that his long-term future at Old Trafford is in doubt.

Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq made a move to sign the winger but a loan was ruled out by Manchester United as Mailsport exclusively revealed that the Saudi Pro League side refused to meet Sancho’s asking price.
Furthermore, the report states that the Red Devils were open to offers for Sancho in the summer but ‘no serious bids’ were bade.
Club sources indicated earlier this summer that United would listen to offers in the region of £45m for Sancho although they were not actively looking to sell him.

It remains to be seen as to what the future holds for the pair, with Sancho yet to be named in the starting line-up under Ten Hag this season.
The next step will be face-to-face talks before any decision is made on his longer-term future, with the transfer window closed until January.
