Jack Grealish makes ‘class act’ donation to football fan fighting for his life
Jack Grealish has made an extraordinary donation towards helping a Birmingham City fan who is currently battling leukaemia.
The Manchester City man donated £5,000 towards the cause, which is aiming to get Dylan, 20, to America, where they have a clinical trial suitable for the youngster. The family are looking to raise £1million for the treatment.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help Dylan, and after an emotional post outlining his journey, it read: "Now we are turning to you to ask you to please help us. We need to raise the money as quickly as possible to get Dylan to America for the clinical trial to commence.
"This disease is aggressive and he will not have years, we are talking weeks, possibly months if we are lucky, if he doesn’t have this treatment.

"Dylan is 20! He should be planning his fantasy football team, returning to university, lad's holidays, his whole future, but instead, he is trying to prepare himself for the worst.
"He sees elderly people getting into their cars after treatment feeling ‘I won’t ever get to live a long life like they have’. It makes our hearts ache to hear those words.

"He is so loved by so many people and has touched so many other people’s lives. Please help us to help Dylan live that life he so loves and deserves." Birmingham City also tweeted out a link to the GoFundMe – and they encouraged "any help Bluenoses can give to Dylan could save his life".
"Such a likeable lad don’t know why so many people hate him," one fan tweeted after seeing Grealish's donation. And a second added: "He continues to show how much of a class act he is!"
"Absolute legend of a man," a third responded. And another said: "Classy stuff @JackGrealish. Let's go Dylan!! You got this mate!"
