Rangers travel to Sparta Prague in the Europa League this evening as Steven Gerrard’s side look to bounce back from their opening defeat to Lyon in Group A.
The Scottish champions had been unbeaten at Ibrox in the Europa League group stage for three consecutive campaigns until Lyon secured a 2-0 in their opener two weeks ago.
Rangers were eliminated by Czech opposition in the knockout stages last season, as Slavia Prague won 3-1 on aggregate in the round of 16. Sparta Prague drew their opening match of this season’s campaign 1-1 to Brondby in Group A.
Gerrard’s side are top of the Premiership after seven games played and lead rivals Celtic by six points following their 1-0 win at Dundee on Saturday.

Rangers will be without Ryan Kent after the winger was ruled out for a month after picking up a knee injury in the defeat to Lyon. Filip Helander has been ruled out for several months after undergoing surgery. Nnamdi Ofoborh and Ryan Jack also remain in the sidelines.
Scott Arfield returns, as do defender Stephen Kelly and goalkeeper Robby McCrorie.
Lukas Julis (groin) is out, while the Czech side will also be without winger Ladislav Krejci, left-back Casper Hojer and midfielder Borek Dockal.
