Haaland sends transfer message to Real Madrid who will form ‘monstrous team’
Erling Haaland is the hottest property in world football at the moment and the Norwegian centre forward appears to have decided on who he wants to join when he leaves Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
The 21-year-old scored 27 goals in 26 Bundesliga appearances last season and has continued in that rich vein of form so far this campaign with 13 goals in 11 matches.
Haaland’s impressive goalscoring record matched with his potential to become one of the best in the world has captured the interest of top clubs all over Europe.
Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Chelsea are amongst a whole host of clubs keen to secure the signature of the former Salzburg star in the summer when his £68million release clause becomes active.
However, the aforementioned clubs are set to miss out on the striker
According to El Chiringuito TV journalist Josep Pedrerol, Real Madrid have been told that Haaland wants to sign for the club at the end of the season.
Pedrerol goes on to state that Los Blancos will make the deal happen once they have signed PSG forward Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Twitter erupted at the prospect of Haaland playing at the Santiago Bernabeu alongside Mbappe, when he signs, Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior.

Whilst another questioned: “Haaland, Benzema and Mbappe upfront. Is that even allowed?“

Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti will have a difficult task on his hands to weave all of his talented players into one starting eleven, though the former Everton boss will rather that conundrum than having to juggle subpar players.
It remains to be seen whether the Italian can guide Madrid back to their glory days, and just how much of a role Haaland and Mbappe will have in their success if the pair commit their futures to the club.
