Grealish told Haaland ‘I need these assists’ during pop at him for not scoring
Jack Grealish told Erling Haaland "I need these assists" after his Manchester City team-mate spurned an opportunity in front of goal.
The England winger is yet to get off the mark in the assist column this season, having previously racked them up regularly for Aston Villa. When he does it will more than likely be for goal machine Haaland.
But the Norwegian striker missed a chance earlier this year which had been put on a plate for him by Grealish, who was less impressed. He revealed his reaction during a promotional video with Amazon.

"I passed him one and he missed. I said I need these assists Erling," recalled Grealish as he spent a day as a delivery driver for the e-commerce giants.
All Premier League matches on Boxing Day, December 27 and December 28 are set to be broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video, including City's trip to face Leeds.

Grealish delivered parcels to a number of their fans, describing his first shift as a "ten out of ten" and comparing it to Haaland's electric form before the World Cup.
He continued: "Like Haaland's start to the season mate. That's how my shift has been today."
Grealish also revealed his most common purchase from Amazon. "Do you know what it was actually? It was my headbands. I get my headbands from Amazon," he said.
The 27-year-old will be hoping he can finally get his first assist of the season at Elland Road on Wednesday evening, with kick-off for Leeds vs City at 8pm.
