Furious Tottenham fans have hit back at the Premier League after their latest fixture reshuffle. A number of games had already been forced to be moved, due to the rearranged Manchester United vs Liverpool clash.
That game was postponed on Sunday, after United fans engaged in a passionate protest against the club’s ownership.
The demonstration came on the back of the now-disbanded European Super League proposal.
Three fixtures have been moved in order to fit in that clash, meaning the Red Devils will play three times in five days.
But there have also been further changes for television purposes, with the penultimate round of fixtures now confirmed.

However, that gameweek is unique to much of the season, with every Premier League club set to be able to host a section of supporters for the first time this campaign.
A group of teams were allowed limited attendances at the turn of the year, but as per the latest government guidelines, crowds of up to 10,000 home fans will now be permitted.
There had been some hopes that away fans would also be allowed to attend, although those were quelled in a statement released by Premier League bosses on Wednesday.
“Following consultation with clubs, it was agreed matches would not be open to away supporters due to varying operational challenges across the league and the need to deliver a consistent approach, while maximising the opportunity for home-fan attendance,” a league statement read.

“The safety and security of supporters is of paramount importance. Clubs have a proven track record of providing COVID-safe environments and have operational plans in place ready to safely welcome supporters back to their stadiums.”
Despite the update, a number of games have been moved to times that will be difficult for many fans to attend, including five 6pm kick offs over the three days.
That has led to an angry backlash from Spurs fans in particular, who believe that Sky Sports have been hypocritical after their stance in the ESL debate.
Pundits Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher were passionate in their criticism of the plans, with the former telling fans across the country to “mobilise” in order to halt them.
And those words have been used against Neville in particular, with many suggesting that Sky have reverted to type in terms of their attitudes to match-going fans.
“Sky have spent the last 2 weeks or so banging in about football being nothing without the fans. The first game fans can attend has been moved to a s**** kick off time to suit……. Sky!” One Tottenham supporter said in reply.
“Absolute Hypocrites @SkySports happy to say Football is for the Fans when the ESL lost them money,” another concluded. “1st game back for the fans and they move this to 6pm on a Wednesday! Now is the time to speak up @GNev2.”
A third suggested: “6pm on a weekday? what happened to putting the fans first @SkySportsPL@GNev2.”
And another asked: “Ah, the first game fans can be allowed into, is now kicking off midweek at SIX o’clock. But I thought @SkySports cared about the fans? Should the fans ‘mobilise’ against Sky @GNev2?”
