Furious England players clashed with their Poland counterparts after the half-time whistle on Wednesday as Kamil Glik and Harry Maguire were booked in ugly scenes in Warsaw.
The first-half of the encounter was closely fought, with neither side finding an opening in their crunch World Cup 2022 qualifier.
With the hosts taking a physical game to their opponents, tension boiled over after the whistle had been blown for half-time.
With almost every player from both teams getting involved in the grabbing and shouting, both Glik and Maguire were booked by referee Daniel Siebert before the teams retreated to the dressing rooms.
Manchester United skipper Maguire seemed baffled by his caution, with Robert Lewandowski appearing to pinch the neck of Kyle Walker during the altercation.
Jordan Pickford also got stuck in, with the ref doing well to calm things down before he would've been forced to show any red cards.
The fixture has been confrontational since the start, with some Poland fans choosing to boo the taking of the knee by the Three Lions.
