Four managers Abramovich could turn to with Chelsea boss Lampard under pressure
Chelsea are reportedly already looking at alternatives with current boss Frank Lampard under immense pressure.
The Blues have won just one of their last six Premier League matches and were beaten 3-1 at home by Manchester City on Sunday.
The Athletic claim Chelsea are eyeing potential replacements should they feel the need to make the call and sack Lampard.
His summer signings have struggled in west London with the Blues already seven points off league leaders Liverpool.
And Daily Star Sport have taken a look at four names that may well be on owner Roman Abramovich’s shortlist…
Max Allegri
Former Juventus boss Allegri is among the favourites to take over at Stamford Bridge should Lampard be shown the door.
The six-time Serie A winner remains a free agent having left Turin in May 2019 and has often been linked with a move to England.
Arsenal and Manchester United have often been credited with interest in Allegri, and his success in Italy could tempt Abramovich.

Thomas Tuchel
Tuchel was sacked by PSG last month despite leading the French giants to the Champions League final last season.
He also had PSG top of Ligue 1, though they are involved in more of a race than previous years.
Success is all that Tuchel has really known in recent seasons, winning two league titles, the French Cup and French League Cup.

Laurent Blanc
Another former PSG man in Blanc could be in the running, though he is currently in charge at Qatari club Al-Rayyan.
Blanc played in the Premier League for Manchester United though had a four-year gap in his managerial CV after leaving PSG in 2016.
He only took over at Al-Rayyan in December, but would surely be tempted by a move to Chelsea should Abramovich come calling.

Rafa Benitez
Perhaps more of an outside shout having previously been in charge of Chelsea on an interim basis.
Benitez guided Chelsea to the Europa League in 2013 and impressed at Newcastle before taking over Chinese Super League club Dalian Professional.
The Spaniard guided Liverpool to the Champions League trophy in 2005 and seemed to win over Chelsea fans during his previous spell.
