Fernandes ‘has Paul Pogba condition’ before he will sign new Man Utd contract
Manchester United ace Bruno Fernandes is willing to commit his long-term future to the club, but only if Paul Pogba also signs a new contract.
Fernandes is under contract until 2025, but United are eager to get him to agree a new contract.
The Red Devils have apparently offered to double his current £100,000 per-week wages.
However, he's held off on signing those terms, as The Sun claims he wanted to see the club's plans for the summer transfer window before affirming his commitment.
And now, he apparently wants Pogba to sign a new contract before he makes a concrete decision, The Sun claims.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eager for French midfielder Pogba to stay put at the club, and seems to have a good relationship with the 2018 World Cup-winning star.
The 28-year-old is playing some of his best football since he re-joined the club, and is thriving out on the left wing.
However, he's only got a year to run on his current contract, and given United's relationship with his agent Mino Raiola, an extension is far from a formality.

Pogba only recently heaped praise on Solskjaer in the biggest hint yet that he would be willing to stay in order to push for a title challenge next year.
The Red Devils are 11 points behind current league leaders Manchester City, and it seems they'll have to wait another year before searching for their 21st English league title.
However, club hero Roy Keane recently declared that he believes Pogba is unlikely to help United win any trophies.
The outspoken pundit said: "He’s a talent and with a year left on his contract there’s a business side to it, they’ll want him tied up, they won’t want him leaving on a free next year. It’s an important summer coming up, if they get over the line with the Europa League and he’s happy with Ole, I think a deal could be done.
"He’s got an agent, he’ll have other options and there’s a shortage of talented players out there. But do I sit there and think ‘Pogba will get Manchester United back to league titles’, no, I don’t see that. I don’t think he makes other players better and that’s what brilliant players do and I’ve been fortunate enough to play with brilliant players.
"I think he’s a talented boy but do I think he’ll drive them along when they’re up against it? The evidence would suggest, in his few years at Man Utd, he hasn’t been able to do that. Results tell you that.”
