The Swiss star was making just his third start of the season for Ange Postecoglou’s side in the London derby after slipping down the pecking order.
As he ran in behind to receive a pass from Brennan Johnson in the first half, Hojberg went to cross the ball.
However, the midfielder tried to hit it with his left foot first time, but the ball bounced off his standing right foot.
As a result, Hojberg completely missed the ball and fell over in hilarious fashion.
