Fans ask ‘how do I cancel Sky Sports’ after TikToker’s cringe Premier League rap

Sky Sports viewers were asking to cancel subscriptions in their droves after a TikToker performed a Premier League rap live on air.

Social media influencer and Tottenham fan 'Formz' appeared on Sky Sports News this morning (May 29), signing off with a rap he'd written looking back on the domestic season.

He began: "I might get the bars up on my phone because it summarises the season and I don’t wanna fluff it up like Arsenal did, ha ha. Unlike Tottenham did, but we won’t talk about that."

Before continuing: "Alright, let’s do it. This year in the Premier League how do I even start this recap. Man City win three in a row, at Christmas there was a team who couldn’t see that.

"Arsenal spent 93% of the season on top. At least the Champions League music one side of London is on.

"Man United, top four and the League Cup, maybe more. Newcastle take the remaining spot what a job Eddie Howe and the board.

"Klopp never won the Europa League, that makes sense why they’re now in it. Brighton, Brighton had a dream, signed RDZ, by god he did it.

Thoughts on the rap…? Let us know in the comments section.

"Tottenham three managers, no Europe. Villa win seventh and Conference League. Heartbreak for Leicester, relegated with Southampton and Leeds.

"20 teams, 39 managers. Chelsea finished bottom half of the table, sacking Tuchel really made some damages.

"I could say so much more, congrats to Luton, Sheffield, Burnley. But I think I’ll leave it there, what a season, what a ride, what a journey."

It didn't make much of an impression to say the least. One person swiftly replied: "I'd like to join the queue to cancel my subscription please as soon as possible."

Another echoed: "I’d like to cancel my sky subscription this instant." A third questioned: "How do I cancel my sports?"

"This ain’t it. Cancel my package," demanded a fourth, with a fifth following suit and saying: "Cancel my subscription, this is not what I signed up for."

A sixth argued: "Sky Sports News is unwatchable now. Basically a YouTube channel." And a seventh added: "This Sky Sports decline over the past five years has been sad to watch…"

Sky have come in for criticism in recent months after making the move to axe Soccer AM, which aired for the final time at the weekend, and replace it was Saturday Social – a show centred on YouTubers and influecers. Jeff Stelling's exit from Soccer Saturday is another major loss to their coverage.
