Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland would prefer to join Chelsea, Manchester City or Real Madrid over Manchester United, according to reports. Haaland is one of the most highly sought-after players in the world and could be on the move in the summer transfer window.
The 20-year-old scored 41 goals in as many games for Dortmund last season to enhance his reputation as one of Europe’s most prolific strikers.
His agent, Mino Raiola, has already trumpeted Haaland’s potential departure from Dortmund this summer, having visited Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Chelsea have been linked with the Norwegian, with Thomas Tuchel on the lookout for a world-class striker as they look to build on their Champions League victory.
Manchester City also need a centre-forward following Sergio Aguero’s departure to Barcelona at the end of his contract.
Manchester United have been linked with Haaland due to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s personal connection with the youngster, who he coached at Molde.

But while all of Europe’s major clubs might want Haaland, the player himself has his own preference.
According to lesport10, Haaland ‘could well be joining teams such as Real Madrid, Chelsea or Manchester City in the future’.
The report says that although Haaland would have liked Jadon Sancho to stay for another season, the winger’s £73million move to United won’t prompt him to head for the exit as well.
Having sold one of their biggest stars, Dortmund are desperate to keep hold of Haaland, who is more likely to leave next summer.
Haaland is widely reported to have a clause in his Dortmund contract which will allow him to leave for £64m (€75m) next summer.
The report says Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid, in particular, are happy to bide their time to sign the Norwegian superstar.

That’s because The Guardian believes he would cost £150m to sign this summer, with Raiola insisting his client needs £300,000 per week in wages.
Chelsea have put forward the idea of including Tammy Abraham or Callum Hudson-Odoi in a swap deal for Haaland, but Dortmund are likely to insist on straight cash for his signature.
For now, Dortmund are not looking to sell their most prized asset.
“Nothing has changed,” sporting director Michael Zorc said recently. “We are still planning with Erling for the new season.”
Real Madrid have also been linked with Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, who has now entered the final 12 months of his contract with the French club.
