Erik ten Hag is reportedly targeting Feyenoord defender Tyrell Malacia as his first signing as Manchester United manager.
The incoming United boss is interested in the Dutch defender Malacia to bolster the Red Devils options in defence.
Ten Hag previously tried to sign the 22-year-old for current club Ajax although Feyenoord resisted the move because of the rivalry between the two sides.

Ten Hag, who will take up his role as United boss at the end of the season, has identified Malacia as a good option, according to The Mirror.
It is believed that the young left-back could be available for £20million this summer if United decide to sign him.
The Red Devils recently sent scouts to watch the defender in action during Feyenoord’s 3-2 win over Marseille in the first leg of the Europa Conference semi-finals on Thursday night.
Malacia was particularly impressive during the encounter, and could now be signed to help Ten Hag implement his style of football at Old Trafford.

Malacia will provide competition for Luke Shaw for his starting position, something that Alex Telles has failed to do since arriving at United.
It is not yet clear how much Ten Hag will be given to spend when he joins United from Ajax, but he is likely to face a busy summer with a defender and central midfielder high on the priority list.
The boss is also expected to have to replace a whole host of departures including Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic all expected to leave, among others.
United have also recently been linked with England stars James Ward-Prowse and Kalvin Phillips to help resolve the lack of midfielders next season.
