England fans ‘holding their breath’ as Harry Kane clutches ankle vs Iran

England fans were left holding their breath after Harry Kane went down holding his ankle during their World Cup demolition of Iran on Monday afternoon (November 21).

The Three Lions skipper was at his creative best during the Group B opener as he set-up goals for Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford – before and after going down injured.

Kane grabbed his ankle and called for medical assistance following a poor challenge from Morteza Pouraliganji that brought a yellow card just before the 50th minute.
