England saved no love for close neighbours Wales with a resounding victory in the final Group B game at the Qatar World Cup. The 3-0 victory, courtesy of goals from Marcus Rashford and Phil Foden means Robert Page’s men are on the next flight home.

Gareth Bale and Co. were powerless to stop an in-form England, with Rashford superbly opening proceedings with a fizzing freekick which left goalkeeper Danny Ward with no chance.

Rashford added his second following a Phil Foden effort, as the Three Lions asserted full dominance and set up a last 16 showdown with Senegal.

England return to action on Sunday night, when they will be bidding to progress to the quarter final stage of the Qatar World Cup.
