Dublin has fans in hysterics as commentary makes him sound like "a scratched CD"
Manchester United’s star players appear to still be getting their heads around Ralf Rangnick’s preferred 4-2-2-2 formation.
The former RB Leipzig boss’ preferred team shape has come under intense scrutiny ever since he took over the reins from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Rangnick’s men were all at sea when he tasted defeat for the first time in United’s 1-0 home loss to Wolves in the Premier League.
New formations and new ideas often take time to implement and seep through into the minds of players.
However, BBC co-commentator and former Aston Villa player Dion Dublin will have to learn how to say it before he can understand it.
The Homes Under The Hammer presenter is one of the most beloved co-commentators and pundits in the English game.
And he had television viewers laughing into their Monday evening dinners when he completely lost his bearing of what the formation was.
Instead of pronouncing the formation as a ‘4-2-2-2, Dublin’s mind seemed to be possessed by the number two, as he instead said ‘the 2-2-2-2-2’ formation, prompting hysterics from Twitter.

While taking an extra minute to correctly pronounce Rangnick’s formation, Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer believes Rangnick needs to adapt his system to his side.
"First and foremost this interim manager has got to find a system that works for this set of players,” Shearer said before their FA Cup clash.
"It’s alright having that belief in how to play, but it’s also having the player to play that way and in that current system what he would like to play, no I don’t think they have the players."
