Liverpool and Manchester City have both just added some major firepower to their ranks with the respective signings of Darwin Nunez and Erling Haaland.
As two major goalscorers with prolific seasons behind them, Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola will be hoping they've made the right move to put some distance between themselves and the other.
For Haaland, the fee is thought to be in the region of £64.20m, as he gets sent from Manchester City to Borussia Dortmund.
Meanwhile, the Nunez has only just got over the line, but reports claim it will be between £64m and £85m due to add-ons.
These are some seriously large piles of cash, even in footballing terms. But they are far from record-breaking – but with this in mind, who are the most expensive players in the history of the game?
