Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister shares then deletes Piers Morgan post about Man Utd
Piers Morgan's post that jumped to the defence of Cristiano Ronaldo was shared by the sister of the Manchester United star, before being removed.
Ronaldo continues to be criticised following his antics at United, with the 37-year-old looking for a way out of Old Trafford while the club continue to suffer. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner only re-signed for United last summer, but already wants out as he goes in search of Champions League football.
Blame has been passed around almost everyone at United, as people continue to point fingers as the Red Devils enter a state of crisis. But Morgan has defended the United star, and Ronaldo's sister clearly backed his judgement, although swiftly deleted his post from her Instagram story.

United suffered their worst ever Premier League points tally last season, but it would have been considerably worse if they had been without Ronaldo's goals. And this was the point Morgan raised as he tweeted: "Pathetic to see Cristiano getting all the media headlines/blame for this United fiasco.
"Without him & his 18 PL goals last season they'd have been relegated, and without him this season – WHEN, not if he leaves – they might well be relegated. Whole club is rotten from top down."

And Ronaldo's sister, Elma Aveiro, posted this on her Instagram story before it was taken down. It looks as though Ronaldo is desperate to leave, and it's getting to a position where both player and club may be better off parting ways.
Former team-mate Gary Neville has even pledged for Ronaldo to speak out and offer an update to the fans, as he said on Sky Sports that it's time to "stand up and speak" to avoid further speculation. And Ronaldo has listened, promising to explain all in an interview within the coming weeks.
Ronaldo released a statement claiming that "the truth" would be revealed when he conducts an interview in a couple of weeks time, although fans are unsure what club he will be tied too when that takes place. His statement also revealed: "The media is telling lies. I have a notebook and in the last few months of the 100 news I made, only 5 were right."
The Portuguese star has been involved in both of United's opening Premier League clashes, with the Red Devils losing both matches to Brighton and Brentford. United are bottom of the Premier League, and face Liverpool in their next fixture at Old Trafford.
