Copenhagen star yells "F***" after drawing Man City and Borussia Dortmund

Copenhagen star Isak Bergmann Johannesson yelled "f***" after watching them draw Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

The Danish side were put in Group G along with the reigning Premier League champions and last season's Bundesliga runners-up, as well as Europa League record-winners Sevilla. Johannesson was filmed watching Thursday's (August 25) draw by their media team.

He couldn't hide his emotions as their name was pulled out, with his facial expression saying it all. A little fist pump afterwards suggested he was right up for the challenge ahead.

And that's no surprise, as Johannesson told Expressen back in 2020: "My dream club is Manchester United, together with IFK Norrkoping. I lived in Manchester when I was a kid, and I watched a lot of games there."

Copenhagen came through the play-offs to qualify for the Champions League group stage, beating Turkish outfit Trabzonspor 2-1 over two legs.

It's their first appearance in the competition since the 2016/17 season, when they finished third in a group including Leicester City. The furthest they've ever reached was in the 2010/11 campaign, falling to Chelsea in the round of 16.

Elsewhere in this year's draw, a Battle of Britain has been set in Group A with Liverpool and Rangers joined by Ajax and Napoli. Tottenham find themselves in Group D with Frankfurt, Sporting Lisbon and Marseille.

Chelsea were drawn in Group E with AC Milan, Salzburg and Dinamo Zagreb, while Celtic will face Real Madrid, Leipzig and Shakhtar Donetsk in Group F.

The six UK teams all managed to avoid the 'group of death', Group C, which features former winners Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Inter Milan, as well as Czech minnows Viktoria Plzen.
