Concern for Eubank Snr after ‘awkward and uncomfortable’ talkSPORT interview
Boxing fans have expressed their concerns for Chris Eubank after he appeared on talkSPORT in an 'awkward and uncomfortable' interview.
Eubank appeared on the radio show alongside Simon Jordan and Jim White and Tuesday afternoon. And after some boxing chat, the conversation moved on to his late son, Chris Eubank Jr, who is also a professional boxer.
Eubank spoke about his son's bout with Connor Benn, which was pulled after Benn tested positive for a banned substance. However, fans were concerned for Eubank, following some of the comments he made on talkSPORT.
One fan tweeted: "This interview with Chris Eubank Sr. on @talkSPORT @JimWhite is very awkward and uncomfortable listening. His son is obviously a delicate & raw subject."

Eubank Jr went on to lose to Liam Smith after his bout with Benn was cancelled – Smith stopped Eubank Jr in the fourth during their late January bout.
However, their rematch, which was originally scheduled for June 17 has been postponed for two weeks, to give Smith more time to recover from an injury he had picked up during his training camp.
And the bout has now been pushed back again, with Smith saying: "'I'm gutted and sorry to all the fans about the postponement. I've always said a fully fit Liam Smith beats Chris Eubank Jr every time.
"I tried training through because I was desperate not to let anyone down but I've had to withdraw from the bout in July following the latest medical assessment this week. I'll heal up now and then be fully fit for later in the summer."
