CHRIS SUTTON: As a player, I would demand answers from Antonio Conte TODAY… the Tottenham boss calculated his attack and knew what he was doing!
- Harry Kane should demand answers if he has problems after Saturday’s draw
- Antonio Conte is not blameless as he is still yet to commit to the club long term
- It’s hard to see how his position as manager is still tenable after the long rant
Antonio Conte, like a manager wanting to be put out of his misery, took aim at everybody.
The owner, for being a failure. The players, for having no heart. The supporters, for daring to think they deserve a trophy. Nobody at Tottenham was spared.
Conte knew what he was doing. His attack was calculated and if I was in the dressing room, I’d be thinking, ‘Are you talking about me?’.

Conte went nuclear with his comments. It’s hard to see how his position is still tenable.
