Jamie Carragher has singled out Jude Bellingham as the one player Liverpool should sign to strengthen their squad.
The club’s legendary centre-back was asked in a Q&A on Twitter who he would like Jurgen Klopp to bring in during the January transfer window.
He replied: ‘Jude Bellingham & the summer window is fine for me!’

The former Birmingham City man has excelled since he joined the Bundesliga club and his performances saw him included in England’s squad for the run to the Euros final last year.
He is still just 18 and regarded as one of the best prospects in Europe, already delivering on the big stage.
It is thought that the teenage talent could set any suitors back £90million, and a January move seems less likely that a summer transfer.
Liverpool have not been active in recent transfer windows and Klopp is thought to be content with the majority of his squad.
But Bellingham would no doubt signal the start of a rejuvenation of an aging squad for the Reds, with Carragher clearly an admirer of his talents.
One of Carragher’s former Liverpool team-mates, Glen Johnson, also previously talked up a potential move to Merseyside for the midfielder.
‘He will make the right decision when he’s ready and if he rocked up at Liverpool then wow!’ he told Bettingodds.com.
‘The kid’s unbelievable and I think he will suit that team down to the ground.’
Bellingham is thought to be valued in the region of £90million so would be a record transfer
‘This kid has a clear mind on him,’ Johnson added. ‘He made a really ballsy decision to go to Germany when he was so young and decided to leave his comfort zone to prove what he can do.
‘For me, it was genius. I don’t think he’s going to rush into anything as he could have probably signed for Manchester United or Liverpool before he went to Borussia Dortmund.
‘To turn away clubs like that and head to Germany in the way he did was gold dust.’
