Buffon’s furious ex-wife says Juventus ace "doesn’t understand s*** about women"
Gianluigi Buffon’s ex-wife has hit out at the Juventus goalkeeper for “not understanding s*** about women”.
Buffon, the legendary Italian shot-stopper who still finds himself on Juve’s books at the age of 43, married Czech model Alena Seredova in 2011 having met six years prior.
The couple had two children together before their eventual divorce in 2014, with Seredova keeping a low profile in the years that have followed.
Buffon wasted little time in putting the marriage behind him, swiftly moving on to begin dating Italian sports pundit Ilaria D’Amico, before announcing they were having a child together in 2015.
And seven years on from their divorce, Seredova has ripped into the football veteran for his lack of knowledge about women.
During a Q&A on Instagram, the 42-year-old was asked about Buffon and decided to aim a dig at her former husband.
She wrote: “In my opinion Buffon doesn't understand s*** about women.”
Another fan asked Seredova how she managed to forgive Buffon after suffering “so much pain” in their relationship.
She replied: “I think the passage is very long, for everyone, a lot also depends on the new company you are with.
“Obviously the disappointment remains.”
In the past Seredova revealed: “It's worth underlining just one thing: that I've never talked about my ex-husband and I'm not starting now.

“So I really care about peace.”
She is now in a relationship with businessman Alessandro Nasi, having a baby girl together last year.
Buffon, who has made over 900 appearances in his astonishing career, is one of the greatest goalkeepers of the modern era.
He has been capped 176 times by Italy, getting his hands on the World Cup with his country back in 2006.
The veteran has also claimed 10 Serie A titles with Juve, as well as reaching three Champions League finals.
