Blackpool knock West Brom out of the FA Cup after goalkeeper Chris Maxwell’s penalty shootout heroics

Chris Maxwell was the Blackpool hero as he saved three penalties against West Brom to secure his side a spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Goalkeeper Maxwell denied Kyle Edwards and Darnell Furlong, and after West Brom keeper David Button had kept out Jerry Yates and Sullay Kaikai had struck a post with spot-kicks for the home side, Maxwell saved from Pereira to send the League One side through.
