BBC announces its lineup for the Women’s World Cup, with Gabby Logan, Alex Scott and Reshmin Chowdhury to lead the coverage of the tournament

The BBC has announced its lineup for coverage of the Women’s World Cup, with Gabby Logan, Alex Scott and Reshmin Chowdhury all involved.

Juliette Ferrington and Vicki Sparks will lead BBC Radio Five Live’s coverage of the tournament.

There will be plenty of former Lionesses stars analysing the games, including Ellen White, Steph Houghton and Fara Williams, along with Rachel Brown-Finnis, Anita Asante and Karen Bardsley.

Furthermore, France legend Laura Georges will be working for the BBC along with Arsenal Women head coach Jonas Eidevall and Lewes head coach Scott Booth.

The BBC will show 33 live games across BBC TV and iPlayer. The tournament, which is being held in Australia and New Zealand, will run between July 20 and August 20.

England are in group D at the tournament, where they will take on Haiti, Denmark and China.  

The game between England and Denmark on July 28 is amongst the fixtures being shown on the BBC.
