Arturo Vidal rocks up to Inter Milan training session driving rubbish old banger
Arturo Vidal has entertained Inter Milan fans after his new choice of car went viral on social media.
The midfielder arrived the club’s training ground in a green FIAT Panda, which is slightly different to his usual choice of vehicle.
A few weeks ago, the Chile international was criticised after he was filmed climbing a sportscar before nearly falling out of it, in what looked like a drunken state.
His new car could certainly be an attempt to get the fans back on side, as he showed it off with a video on social media.
He captioned the post: “Happy coming to train. Life has given me many possibilities, but I know that I am happy with the little ones.”
Some fans commented on the video by joking about where Vidal had left the car.
One wrote: “He who has money parks as he wants.”
Another was not impressed by the midfielder’s post, writing: “If it were really true I would applaud you and I would say many positive things, but with your collection of cars I know you are not satisfied with ordinary vehicles.”
Some people did find see the funny side and compared the FIAT Panda to Mr Bean’s car or The Simpsons’.
