Arsenal are apparently eager to sign both Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid in the upcoming summer transfer window.
However, the Gunners have been warned they'll only be able to sign one of them.
Arsenal are in for a busy summer transfer window as Mikel Arteta looks to continue rebuilding his squad.
Following the departure of Mesut Ozil, Arsenal are on the hunt for a new creative midfielder, with Odegaard staying until the end of the season as things stand.
The Norwegian wonderkid signed a 6-month loan deal from Real Madrid after failing to break into the first-team, and looked impressive on his European debut against Benfica on Thursday.
He isn't the only Madrid player currently plying his trade at the Emirates, however, as Ceballos has now been in north London for 18 months.
The central midfielder has been at the club since the summer of 2019 and has been impressive throughout, with senior officials wanting him signed permanently.
Spanish outlet Sport claims Madrid will be willing to listen to offers for Ceballos.
Having signed him for £15million, Madrid apparently want to receive double that for him if he is to be sold.
However, Madrid want Odegaard to return to the Bernabeu in the summer and aren't interested in letting him leave.
Zinedine Zidane is apparently determined for the playmaker to stay and fight for his place, and wasn't necessarily keen for him to even leave on loan.

Reports suggest Zidane wanted him to stay put for the rest of the season, and didn't want to let him go out on loan.
Speaking before the game against Benfica on Thursday, Arteta heaped praise on the young Norwegian, saying: "Well, he’s got the potential [to be one of the best].
"I followed him very closely when he was at Real Sociedad and he was really impressive over there for long periods."
