Arsenal are said to be shock contenders for Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham. The England international endured a tough time last season after falling out of favour following the arrival of Thomas Tuchel.
Towards the end of the campaign – including the FA Cup and Champions League final – Abraham was even left out of the match day squad.
That prompted his girlfriend to defend him on social media, as she hit out at Tuchel’s line of thinking, citing his goal record.
Yet things are unlikely to improve for Abraham in west London, particularly if Erling Haaland arrives.
Sky Germany claim Chelsea have discussed the possibility of sending Abraham or Callum Hudson-Odoi to Borussia Dortmund in part-exchange for Haaland.

West Ham and Aston Villa have also shown an interest in the player.
According to The Beautiful Game Podcast, Arsenal are amongst the contenders for Abraham, who is on their shortlist.
The Gunners are currently assessing their attacking options and whether they’re viable long-term.

Arsenal will listen to offers for Alexandre Lacazette, should they arrive this summer.
The Frenchman has just two years remaining on his contract and is expected to run it down.
Meanwhile, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is tied down to a long-term contract but he is now 32.
Eddie Nketiah is expected to move on this summer with Crystal Palace among those interested in his services.
Abraham would be interested in a move across London, should Chelsea make it clear his game time will be limited.
He is expected to hold decisive talks with the club in the coming weeks.
Arsenal are believed to be prioritising other areas of their squad over the signing of a striker though.
Ben White remains a target and he will take up a significant amount of their budget if they manage to twist Brighton’s arm.
Mikel Arteta is well aware that he will need to sell in order to spend excessively.
