Arsenal hero Charlie Patino leaves fans in stitches when fan made FM21 request
Arsenal wonderkid Charlie Patino sent social media wild following a hilarious response he gave to a fan who had a question about Football Manager.
The 18-year-old made his Gunners debut against Sunderland on Tuesday night, grabbing a goal for his troubles as Mikel Arteta's side thrashed Sunderland 5-1 to cruise into the Carabao Cup semi final.
After the game, an image surfaced of a conversation Patino had with a fan who claimed Paris Saint Germain were trying to sign him on his FM save.
The fan messaged the Arsenal youngster on Instagram to ask for advice on how to deal with "virtual Charlie" – who was apparently upset that PSG's bid had been rejected.
"Hey man, so basically, I developed you in FM and you became a class player who began to carry my Arsenal side," the fan wrote.
"The problem though is that PSG bid for you and now you're upset that I rejected them. Any advice to get virtual Charlie Patino back on board?"
A few hours later Patino responded – and in style.
"Tell virtual Charlie Patino to grow up and remind him Arsenal is a classier club … he'll soon get over it," he said.

Patino is one of a number of youngsters at Arsenal who look to have a seriously bright future ahead.
Former Gunners legend Paul Merson even compared the crop to Manchester United's famous 'Class of 92', with the likes of Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli also impressing.
Emile Smith-Rowe and Bukayo Saka have already established themselves as first team regulars in Arteta's side, and it might not be long before Patino joins them … providing PSG don't come calling!
