Arsenal are reportedly keen on Danish wonderkid Zidan Sertdemir – but will face intense competition for the youngster. A host of Bundesliga clubs are also said to be in the race to sign the highly-rated teenager.
Zidan Sertdemir is one of the hottest prospects in Danish football, having made a big impression for Nordsjaelland’s U19 side.
The 16-year-old central midfielder stepped up from the club’s youth team at the start of this season, and has been attracting admiring glances from some of Europe’s top clubs.
And the Gunners are among the clubs chasing his signature, according to SportBILD.
But the German publication says Arsenal will face plenty of competition, especially from within the Bundesliga.

It is claimed that Borussia Mönchengladbach have already opened talks over the possibility of signing Sertdemir, who has made two appearances for Denmark’s Under-16s.
But Bayer Leverkusen, Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim are also reportedly interested in the midfielder.
SportBILD claim Ajax and Arsenal are also looking at Sertdemir – but he is said to ‘dream’ of playing in the Bundesliga.
It is thought that could be because of the German top flight’s track record in recent years as fertile ground for talented young players to flourish.
