Lisandro Martinez has posted a photo of himself on social media alongside Argentina team-mates Cristian Romero and Nahuel Molina, with the trio looking a little worse for wear as they continue to celebrate their World Cup win.
Argentina beat France on penalties on Sunday to end their 36-year wait for their third World Cup, and have been partying ever since.
The team returned home to a heroes’ welcome in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and then went on a victory parade through the streets of Buenos Aires in the afternoon, although this was cut short due to security issues as four million fans took to the streets.

Argentina have been partying for a number of days since their World Cup win in Qatar
The celebrations don’t appear to have ended there, though, and Martinez took to Twitter on Thursday evening to put up a photo with Romero and Molina.
The three defenders are all sat in a canteen looking extremely tired, with Martinez wearing sunglasses to cover up his eyes. The Manchester United star captioned the post: ‘Many ended up like this, right?’, acknowledging his weariness, alongside a laughing face emoji and a trophy emoji.
Molina can be seen tucking into some food, while Romero can barely muster up a smile after four days of partying in his homeland.
The photo doesn’t indicate that any of the three players are planning to return to club football any time soon, with domestic action set to get back underway in the coming days.
Martinez and Romero don’t appear to be in a rush to return to Premier League action
Martinez has been an ever-present in United’s backline this term since joining from Ajax, but it now looks unlikely that he will be back in time to face Nottingham Forest on December 27.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are back in action a day earlier when they travel to Brentford.
The club reportedly want Romero back as soon as possible, according to the player’s father, as they look to make a fast start to the second half of the season, but their chances of having the 24-year-old available for their trip to west London appear to be slim.
Molina has a little more time to get back to Atletico Madrid, with Diego Simeone’s side not playing again until December 29 when they host Elche.
That game is still less than a week away, though, meaning Molina is cutting it fine if he wants to be ready to play.
