Angelino has revealed RB Leipzig will focus their attention on Trent Alexander-Arnold in the second-leg of their Champions League last-16 tie against Liverpool in Budapest.
The Reds already have one foot in the quarter-final of the competition after goals from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane secured a comfortable 2-0 first-leg victory three weeks ago.
But former Manchester City star Angelino believes the tie is far from over, and that Leipzig hold a real chance of upsetting the odds and extending Liverpool's poor recent run.
Leipzig's marauding wing-back enjoyed plenty of success against Alexander-Arnold when the sides last met in the Hungarian capital, and he's expecting more of the same again tonight.
"I think we did quite well in the first game, we were a few times behind their full-backs," Angelino told reporters on the eve of the game.
"Their technique on the ball is really good. Alexander-Arnold with the ball is unbelievable but he’s too offensive but that’s his best.
"So we have to exploit the weakness and hopefully we can get a few more chances like we did in the first game.
"We just have to put them away. That was our mistake that we didn’t put them away."
Although Angelino recognises Liverpool's quality, he also has belief in his own side, who are currently giving Bayern Munich a run for their money in the Bundesliga.
He added: "They can beat anyone when they have a good day and everyone is fit. We have to be very focused and stick to the plan."
The Spaniard also spoke about the danger of Mane and Salah, both of whom scored when the sides met last month, adding: "‘They are amazing players, they are a big difference.
"When you play against teams that have two players like this – not one – that they are very fast on the ball, can get behind quickly and have a good shot also.
"You have to take care of them so we’re in a good position now."
