Former Arsenal and England footballer Alex Scott has struck up a new romance with British pop queen Jess Glynne.
The Sun reported commentator Scott, 38, and 'Rather Be' singer Glynne, 33, have been seeing one another for the past two months or so. That includes several public outings before and since the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia, where Scott was performing media duties as her old side finished as runners-up to Spain.
And the pair were seen together once more on Tuesday evening attending the premiere after-party for David Beckham's new Netflix docuseries. The former Manchester United ace and wife Victoria were each in attendance for the high-roller event at The Twenty Two hotel in west London.

It's possible the romance started as far back as July when Scott and Glynne were pictured sat together in the stands at Wimbledon. They were then seen in north west London for a pub lunch in August prior to Scott's expedition to Australia for the World Cup.
A source with knowledge of the situation told The Sun: “Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn’t want to rush things or go public too soon. But they’re officially an item now and seem really happy.

"They are both strong, independent women with a shared passion and respect of their respective careers, supporting one another from the sidelines. It’s still early days for them, but they’ve met one another’s mates and everyone is super-happy for them.”
Glynne is the only British female to have seven UK No1 hits, including hits like 'I'll Be There' and 'Hold My Hand'. But Scott has become a media star in her own right since retiring from football in 2018, becoming a BBC regular and one of the country's most successful female pundits.
Sky Sports is bringing you 500 live football games to watch, as well access to Cricket, Golf, F1, Boxing, NFL, NBA and more across eight dedicated channels. Sky Sports is the only way to watch all the action this year.

Scott previously wrote of former Arsenal team-mate and current Gunners assistant Kelly Smith as 'her first love'. Writing in her 2022 memoir, How (Not) To Be Strong, the Londoner described that eight-year relationship as a "huge part of her life."
Representatives for Scott and Glynne declined to comment on their relationship when asked by The Sun.
