Bernardo Silva is a target for AC Milan – with the Italians looking to sign the Manchester City playmaker in a £45millon deal.
The Serie A outfit want to take the Portuguese star on loan for two years at a cost of £15m – before then paying a £30m fee to make the move permanent.
That deal could appeal to City, who would at least be sure of recouping the £43m they paid to buy Silva from Monaco in July 2017.
The three-time Premier League winner has become unsettled at the Etihad following the £100m arrival of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa.
With no guarantee from Pep Guardiola of regular first-team football, Silva is ready to pack his bags at the Etihad.
His hopes of joining Atletico Madrid appear to have collapsed with the Spanish champions unable to meet City’s asking price outright.

Silva, 27, meanwhile, has refused to consider a switch to Tottenham as part of a £120million-plus deal for England skipper Harry Kane.
Whether heading to Milan proves more attractive remains to be seen but the ex-Benfica man’s options are running out as the August 31 deadline day looms.
