Lewis Hamilton called ‘spoilt’ as wildcard Perez Red Bull replacement mooted
We’re just days out from the British Grand Prix and ahead of the Silverstone meeting, Lewis Hamilton has been called out by his fellow F1 driver Nico Hulkenberg. The Haas star’s comments come in the wake of the Austrian GP.
During the race, Hamilton made it clear he wanted FIA bosses to penalise other drivers and appeared to take aim at his Mercedes machine, but Toto Wolff wasn’t having any of it at the time and intervened over the team radio.
Now Hamilton has been the subject of a rather brutal dig from Hulkenberg, who claims the seven-time world champion is “very spoiled with success” at Mercedes.
You can find out more of what Hulkenberg had to say in Express Sport’s live blog ahead of the Silverstone race this weekend…
