The seven-time world champion was on the Strip for the launch party of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, which is set to be included in the F1 calendar from next season.
Hamilton, Sergio Perez and George Russell all drove their cars down the famous Strip and pulled off some tricks in the high-octane vehicles for onlookers ahead of what the British driver believes will be an "incredible" event next year.
But Hamilton also kept the party going as he headed for XS nightclub in the suave Wynn hotel and was invited into the DJ booth with award-winning artist Diplo.
Hamilton even got involved on the mic as he urged clubbers to get up for the music in the plush venue which is often frequented by A-list stars.
The F1 great was also pictured with Diplo's birthday cake on the celebratory night in the club for the DJ. Hamilton stayed on until 2.30am before he headed off with his friends.
Las Vegas is set to host an F1 race in 2023 with the race to take place down the iconic Strip on November 18. The race will past famous hotels such as The Bellagio and Caesars Palace.
Hamilton played up to the crowd at the launch event as he did donuts on the road as his car was lit up with neon lights. He joked afterwards that he almost lost control at one point.
He said: "I nearly crashed. There was so much smoke and I had no idea where I was. I couldn’t figure out where the buildings were. I tried to pull up on the side and there was a barrier!"
