F1 returns to our TV screens this weekend, after a three-month break. The new season features a whole host of new driving partnerships, as well as an unprecedented 23 Grand Prix races. This year’s campaign will run from the end of March all the way until the middle of December.

Just three pairings remain unchanged from the 2020 season, out of the 10 constructors.

Most notably, Mercedes will be looking for an unprecedented eighth consecutive title with its usual combination of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.

But the Silver Arrows will likely face tough competition from Red Bull this season, with Max Verstappen leading the charge.

Red Bull has been tipped to push Mercedes all the way this season, after an impressive pre-season.

There will be 23 races in this year’s Formula One season, which is the most there’s ever been in a single campaign.

We start in Bahrain on March 28, where Hamilton has won in the past two years.

The drivers will have to wait three weeks before jetting off to Italy for the second race of the season, before flying to Portugal.

This year’s British GP will fall on July 18, while the season ends in Abu Dhabi on December 12.
