Los Angeles Rams at Green Bay Packers: NFC divisional playoff live stream, how to watch, odds, time
The Los Angeles Rams and the Green Bay Packers kick off the divisional round of the NFL playoffs Saturday with a game at Lambeau Field.
For the second consecutive week, Rams coach Sean McVay wasn't tipping his hand early as to would start at quarterback. But on Friday the team announced that Jared Goff will start vs. the Packers and John Wolford, who started last week before getting injured, will not be active this week. Blake Bortles will be the Rams backup on Saturday.
Packers QB Aaron Rodgers awaits — and so do temperatures that will hover around 32 degrees. The Rams will need to rely on their dominant defense to give them a chance against the MVP front-runner. Luckily, defensive tackle Aaron Donald says he's good to go after a rib injury last week.

What are the keys for the Rams?
Avoid big mistakes on offense, create scoring opportunities with explosive plays and control the game on defense. The Rams will start Jared Goff at QB with Blake Bortles as his backup. McVay’s offense scored 23 points in Seattle by avoiding turnovers and getting gains over 20 yards by RB Cam Akers and WRs Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods. Getting Akers (176 total yards against the Seahawks) going early will be especially important. The Rams’ defense, No. 1 in scoring, must keep pressure on QB Aaron Rodgers while playing effective coverage and mixing in well-timed blitzes. The Rams have DL Aaron Donald’s pocket-collapsing ability and depth and talent in the secondary.
What are the keys for the Packers?
Follow the regular-season plan, which includes creating efficient passing offense, staying opportunistic on defense and winning the turnover battle. Rodgers led the NFL in completion percentage and passer rating for the league’s top-scoring offense. On defense, the Packers will like the matchup against the LA quarterbacks, especially in the cold. CB Jaire Alexander or S Adrian Amos could get takeovers but only if the Packers stop the run on early downs.
What is the matchup to watch in Rams vs. Packers?
Rams CB Jalen Ramsey vs. Packers WR Davante Adams. Ramsey might be the game’s best cover corner, while Adams set team records for catches (115) and TD receptions (18) this season.
