Wimbledon No1 Carlos Alcaraz’s stunning WAG keeps private life out of limelight
Carlos Alcaraz has plenty of support at Wimbledon – but don't expect his girlfriend to make an emotional appearance.
Alcaraz, 20, burst onto the scene by winning the US Open last year and recently reclaimed top spot in the rankings before heading to London – but keeps one side of his life very private.
Maria Gonzalez Gimenez is the woman behind the champion, but the extent of their public displays of affection are limited to his likes on her Instagram posts, with the most notable snap of the pair coming more than a year ago.
Despite their stance, Maria's Instagram followers have climbed from around 2000 to 12,000 in a matter of months since Alcaraz made history at Flushing Meadows.

According to her social media, the pair have a shared love for tennis, with Maria plays for Murcia Club de Tenis and shared a snap of her in action back in 2020.
She has posted a total of nine more photos since that date, six of which have views of the sea and three of those with her posing in a bikini.
Her latest upload came back in March, with seven poses in smart attire with Alcaraz rushing to add a like which was spotted by his 2.6 million followers.

The aforementioned snap of the pair together is certainly an anomaly.
However, Alcaraz did comment on a bikini snap in 2021 with the words: "My girl!!!"
Alcaraz had pocketed just shy of £13million despite only recently turning 20, with £2.35m up for grabs to Wimbledon singles winners.
The Spaniard will face Frenchman Alexandre Muller in his second round contest on Centre Court after beating Jeremy Chardy in straight sets earlier in the week.
He said after his victory: "I’m really happy with the level that I play, with the performance today.
"I think I played a really good game today. It’s something that I am going to take to next round."
