Super Bowl fans "really annoyed" by background picture of Kirk Cousins’ video

Los Angeles Rams produced a remarkable comeback to beat the Cincinnati Bengals and win the Super Bowl – but some fans watching on couldn’t enjoy the action due to Kirk Cousins.

The Rams’ stars came up trumps to win it 23-20 in the SoFi Stadium and deny the Bengals a fairy tale victory.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford put together a brilliant 15-play drive when it mattered most, finding Cooper Kupp in the end zone for the match-winning touchdown with just over a minute left on the clock.

Aaron Donald then came up with a crucial sack on Joe Burrow to close the game out and earn Sean McVay’s side the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Yet viewers watching from the UK had other concerns, with Cousins ruining the spectacle without even playing in the game.

The Minnesota Vikings quarterback was part of Sky Sports’ coverage of the match, speaking to the studio via video link.

But many people watching were not concentrating on the words that were coming out of Cousins’ mouth – all because of something in the background.

Dressed in a white shirt, Cousins was sat in front of a very normal-looking background with two photo frames mounted on the wall.

The only problem was that one of them was not quite straight – a minor detail which prompted hundreds of complaints on Twitter.

“Anyone else getting really annoyed by that wonky picture at Kirk Cousins’ house?” wrote one account.

“Why is Kirk Cousins photo so wonky? @NFLUK pls fix,” tweeted one fan.

“Kirk Cousins… cant even throw his pictures on the wall straight,” joked another.

“@KirkCousins8 Fix your family photo please. Its crooked and driving us nuts,” wrote another.

“@NFLUK @SkySportsNFL can someone please tell @KirkCousins8 to sort out his picture frame it's messing with my OCD,” added another.

“@KirkCousins8 do you mind straightening up your family photo behind you just to make sure it is perfect like you. Thank you,” asked one fan, very politely.

“God I wish @KirkCousins8 would straighten out that photo on the wall behind him. Don’t think I can take it all game,” said another.
